Sealed and batch-coded, every time

Each bottle arrives factory-sealed with the manufacturer’s batch code intact on both the bottle and the box. Batch codes are the fragrance industry’s fingerprint — they identify when and where a bottle was produced.

Want us to verify a bottle before or after you buy? Email us the batch code and product name and we will confirm the production details against our stock records — we reply 7 days a week, usually within a few hours. Contact us here.

Our full-refund guarantee

If any bottle you receive from us ever fails a batch-code verification, we refund you in full — the product and your delivery cost, no quibbles, and you keep our apology as well. That is the promise, in writing.

Where our stock comes from

We buy directly from authorised distributors of the brands we carry — Lattafa, Rasasi, Fragrance World, Armaf, Maison Alhambra and the rest of our range. No auction-site job lots, no unverifiable “EU imports”.
