How do I know your perfumes are genuine?
Every bottle is sourced from authorised distributors, arrives sealed, and carries a batch code you can verify. If any bottle ever fails verification, we refund in full. That’s our Authenticity Promise.
What does “inspired by” mean?
Some Middle Eastern houses create fragrances inspired by famous designer and niche scents, original compositions with a similar character at a fraction of the price. They’re always sold under their own brand name, never as the designer original.
Are your prices too good to be true?
No. Middle Eastern perfumery uses rich raw materials at wholesale-friendly prices, and we buy directly at volume, shipping around 20,000 parcels a month. Low prices come from scale, not shortcuts.
Do you sell testers as new?
Never. Everything we sell as new is sealed retail stock. We do not sell testers or grey-market bottles as new.
Can I check a batch code with you?
Yes, email a photo of the batch code to help@perfumeo.co.uk (help@perfumeo.co.uk) and we’ll verify it for you.
How much is delivery?
Free. Every UK order ships free and fully tracked with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Standard tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days. Orders are dispatched promptly from our own UK warehouse.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet, we’re UK only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, or use Track Order with your order number and email, no account needed.
What is your returns policy?
14-day easy returns on unopened items. Refunds land within 3–5 working days of the parcel reaching us. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
Can I return an opened perfume?
For hygiene reasons opened or used fragrances can’t be returned unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items are always covered, photo it and we replace or refund immediately.
How can I pay?
All major payment methods shown at checkout are supported, and every payment is processed securely. Card details never touch our servers.
When am I charged?
At the point of order. If we ever can’t fulfil an item, you’re refunded in full straight away.
How long will my fragrance last on skin?
Middle Eastern perfumery is built on richer raw materials, oud, amber, saffron, so projection and longevity are typically stronger than similarly priced designer fragrances. Eau de parfum concentrations generally wear 6–8 hours or more depending on skin and weather.
How should I store my perfume?
Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Avoid bathrooms, heat and humidity shorten a fragrance’s life.
