Mafia Boss walks in with rum, incense and spice, keeps a heart of white tobacco, saffron and dried fruits, and leaves a trail of myrrh, tonka and vanilla behind it. A big, cinematic oriental that takes the whole room seriously.

Heart: Dried Fruits, White Tobacco, Tuberose, Sandalwood, Saffron, Osmanthus, Orris, Jasmine.

The opening is a spiced citrus-rum flourish that quickly turns rich: tobacco and saffron take charge, softened by osmanthus and orris. The base is dense and resinous, with myrrh and labdanum giving it an almost liturgical depth.
Performance
At extrait strength, this class of oriental will happily last from evening to next morning, projecting seriously for the first hours. One for winter nights — two sprays maximum. As with any fragrance, exact performance varies with skin type and weather.
